2011-12 Concert Season
The 2011/12 New York performance season is yet another exciting season for the Walter Thompson Orchestra (WTO). The WTO will host a trans-Atlantic collaboration, titled Signs Across the Atlantic, with the 17 member Tours Soundpainting Orchestra (TSO) (an established Soundpainting orchestra based in Tours, France). There will be a total of 3 performances in New York City at the Irondale Center for the Arts in Brooklyn, New York (dates and times TBA). The WTO is traveling to France to perform their part of the collaboration in September and October, 2011 at the University in Tours and at the Petit Fauchaux in Tours.
